Harvey Harper, from Cresco, Michigan was 24 years old when he enlisted on 11/24/1862 at Battle Creek, MI as a Private.
On 3/20/1863 he mustered into "A" Co. MI 1st SharpShooters
He was Mustered Out on 7/28/1865 at Delaney House, Washington, DC
