On 5/2/1864 he mustered into "A" Co. OH 149th Infantry
He was Mustered Out on 8/30/1864 at Camp Dennison, OH
Henry was born in Maryland to John West and Anna Cutrail, both of Maryland. Henry was a farmer, married 21 years and the father of 10 children
